Meet Agent Cyla Gardner
Cyla Gardner joined Johnson County KSRE and serves as a 4-H Youth Development Agent. She is originally from Richmond, KS and graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Agricultural Education and a minor in Leadership Studies. Cyla is a 4-H alumni and was a member of the Frontier District. Throughout her time in the organization, she showed a diverse range of projects, held various leadership positions, and participated in multiple 4-H camps and conferences. Over the years, she has served the agriculture industry through a variety of jobs including working at a pheasant farm, Kansas Farm Bureau, Rock Springs Ranch, and most recently was an Ag Teacher and FFA Advisor. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, going to concerts, cooking, dancing, kayaking, and going on walks with her dog, Dolly. Cyla is so excited to work with the 4-H'ers and be a part of the Johnson County extension team!
