Chili Lime Roasted Peanuts

These chili lime peanuts are the perfect treat with a little heat and a little sweet! You can use regular peanuts or any other nut or combination of your choice.
INGREDIENTS Chili Lime Roasted Peanuts
2 cups Spanish peanuts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon chili powder
Small pinch of cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lime juice
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, add the oil, honey, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and lime juice. Whisk to combine.
3. Stir in the peanuts and mix until fully coated. Spread evening on a baking sheet.
4. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to prevent burning.
5. Remove from the oven and let cool before enjoying.
6. Store in an airtight container.
