Prairie Star 4-H Club

Club Description: Prairie Star 4-H Club is a long standing club that meets at 7 p.m. on the 2nd Monday of the month in the open class building on the fairgrounds in Gardner, KS. However, we do sometimes meet at alternate locations for fun activities, so please contact us to make sure you come to the right place.

Current Prairie Star 4-H'ers range in age from 7 to 18 and are active in many projects. Some of these include visual arts, fiber arts, clothing and textiles, woodworking, home environment, plant science, foods and nutrition, leadership, citizenship, photography, and shooting sports. Members are active at both the local and county levels.

Prairie Star 4-H leaders and parents work with our youth to instill the values of experiential learning, inclusion, leadership, social emotional growth, and service learning not only at our monthly meetings, but through involvement with community service partnerships and activities.

Prairie Star welcomes you to attend one of our monthly meetings and see if we are the right club for you!!!

Do we offer Cloverbuds? No, but we encourage upcoming 4-H'ers to attend our monthly meetings.
