Adult Classes

Join the Johnson County K-State Research and Extension cooking classes for fun and food!

These classes are presented by trained Extension Master Food Volunteers. Our volunteers share evidence-based information and their own personal experiences to teach participants about the topic of the class including food preparation, food safety, food science, and nutrition. Participants will get to taste samples and receive a booklet of recipes. These classes are tailored for individuals 14+ years of age.

Registration will open two months prior to each class. Please check back regularly as new classes are added. Classes are $30 unless otherwise noted. Cancellation Policy: To receive a refund, a 72 hour notice must be given.
