The Program Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating events within Family and
Consumer Sciences (FCS), including monthly EMFV (Extension Master Food Volunteer) youth and
adult classes, advanced training opportunities and speaker events. This position will work closely with
the FCS Agents to coordinate programs/events and assist where necessary.

Did you know that 32% of US adults aged 18 years and older are obese and 40% and 21% of consume fruit and vegetables less than one time daily?! We recognize it is important that you have the resources, skills, and knowledge necessary to prepare nutritious and affordable meals and have the tools to make lasting changes for better health.

The Nutrition, Food Safety and Health Agent and the Extension Master Food Volunteers provide educational sessions on a variety of topics.
