IRS Income Taxes Filed and Paid
The filing deadline to submit 2022 tax returns or an extension to file and pay tax owed is Tuesday, April 18, 2023, for most taxpayers. The Olathe Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) is available through Saturday, April 15th. Last date for drop off tax paperwork is April 8th. If you your income taxes are completed, review your tax withholdings and update your W-4 if you want more or less money withheld from your paycheck. Adjusting withholdings will increase or decrease the refund amount you will get from the IRS each year.
